To provide an estimate of Dundee's requirements, would those wishing a Handbook would sign the sheet on the Vestibule table today. If you are aware of others who would wish a copy, please add their name or advise Jenny Easson.
Pam may also be able to include in the order other material from Methodist Publishing; please contact her direct (or indicate today on the Handbook sheet) about this.

General Church Meeting
As previously indicated, the annual General Church Meeting will take place on Sunday 2nd June after worship, which will commence at 10.45am (ie the 'early singing' start time for that day). After a short break (to allow for 'comfort needs', car parking payments & serving of coffee), the formal GCM business will include the election of Church Stewards and four representatives from the congregation to the Church Council.
(NB Although the appointments of Church Stewards runs from 1st September, it may be necessary to call on new and / or former Stewards for cover during July and August in particular.)
This is an important opportunity for us all to share conversation about our life and work together.
Invitation to Anniversary Service
Dundee Methodists have been invited by Meadowside
St Paul's Church of Scotland to join the Anniversary
Celebration worship, with Communion, at 11am in Meadowside
St Paul's on Sunday 30th June; there will also be a Methodist Café Service at that time in Marketgait. Any Methodists who wish to attend the Anniversary Service are encouraged to do so on this important occasion for our friends and neighbours. It would be helpful for our Church Stewards to know in advance of people wishing to go to MSP.
Edinburgh Half-Marathon: Sunday 26th May
David Rogerson (Central Scotland Circuit) will be running
in support of Rett UK, a charity supporting those with this
neurological syndrome and their families.

using mobile phone texting to send farmers
localised weather forecasts to enable planting harvesting
in the best conditions;
