17 October 2004

We give the assurance of our thoughts and prayers to all who are unwell, awaiting or undergoing treatment, or anxious or grieving for the loss of loved ones.

“Quiet Room”

The downstairs back room is prepared as a place for quiet reflection & personal prayer before worship on Sundays.

Enable Bowling Challenge

The Link Club and ENABLE express their thanks to all who gave support to last week’s event. The Link Club and Church ‘Flying Fish’ Team both had an enjoyable evening – see “Courier” picture on display in the premises. If you still have sponsorship money to hand in, please see Lorna or a member of the Team (Chan & Rooney families).

Can You Help Us?

The Link Club’s Helpers would be greatly assisted by someone coming in to “make the tea”, on a regular basis or from time to time, on a Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Please see Lorna or a Link Club helper if you wish to know more – thanks!

Pastoral Committee

Members are asked to collect their papers today for tomorrow’s meeting.
